Hotel Hope Ministries

There is so much happening in the life of our Hotel Hope family that we wanted to acquaint you with what we do.  We are passionate about providing safe and loving interim care for orphaned and abandoned children, whom we prepare to be adopted into forever families.

The enclosed introduction will give you a good insight into our ministry.  We would love you to partner with us, whether in prayer, through volunteering, through donations in kind or financially if you feel so led.

All of us here at Hotel Hope look forward to hearing from you and building a mutually rewarding, long-lasting relationship.

Growing the Church (GtC) - 'Helping Victims of Western Cape storm'

Bishop Martin, the Board and Staff of GtC would like to thank everyone very sincerely who donated to the disaster relief fund for the victims of the Knysna fire and for the victims of the Western Cape storm. By the grace of God and through your generosity we have raised the sum of R104 800.00 which has been distributed as follows:

1.         Diocese of George was allocated 50% of the monies because of the huge need over a vast area.

The remaining 50% was divided between the 3 Western Cape dioceses.

2.         Diocese of Cape Town asked us to give their share to George as their needs were already met through an outpouring of generosity.

3.         Diocese of Saldanha has asked that Hope Africa administers their share.

4.         Diocese of False Bay said they will use their share to meet the needs of the people of Lwandle and Phillipi who were greatly impacted.

Bishops Brian, Garth, Raphael and Margaret have asked us to convey their heartfelt thanks to all who made donations.  Thank you for your amazing generosity, for being the hands and feet of Christ to those in need.

“When I was hungry…thirsty…naked, you reached out and met my need."  Thank you!

Once again, thank you for your generosity.

Many blessings,

Revd Trevor Pearce & the GtC Team.
